    Finally got a diagnosis last Thursday. Reviewed the xrays and the chiropractor says my spine is twisted which is on a nerve. That explains all the pain in my hip and leg.     ChelePa, nice with CD’s Quick HIIT 30/10 format. Jumping jacks or some variation followed by plank move. I don't really like jumping jacks either but burpees - do not like them AT ALL:)
