I have a question about rewinding on demand, my question is for example if the exercise is bicep curls and let say it runs about a minute then moves to the next exercise after the minute is over (let say triceps)if I miss most of the exercise of biceps and it’s starts playing the triceps...

Did Killer Legs today….. WOW!!!! That’s an awesome workout. Bonus section was tough, the ball was pretty easy to keep in place. It makes the exercise burn in the right places:)

There's a lot of great ones on Cathe Live, for example I did #2 it was a HiiT with upper body.The HiiT workout could be done just by itself it's about 30 minutes.

On my Apple TV I would rewind with remote, but it doesn’t it won’t rewind, fast forward it just stays and loses sound. Hopefully it gets fixed. I can try shooting it up from my phone but I’m so used to using remote Thank you tho

I’ve been having problems with trying to rewind the workout, it won’t allow me too and then I lose volume. Is that because of update? It just started happening on Saturday. Please help. Thank you

I’m on day 2 of Level 3 rotation wit ICE and boy it’s a good one. Yesterdays 1st workout wiped me out.
