Yes! I purchased all of the downloads specifically to use blender....and then they stopped supporting blender. I was never able to get a single homemade workout.
Unfortunately, OnDemand doesn't work for me (internet & travel issues), so I stick with my DVDs and all of the downloads I...
I am almost done with my first round of STS 2.0 (16 weeks) and want to bump this as a request.
I would love a squat rack option (or super heavy barbell) for STS 2.0!
Thank you to everyone who replied. I had initially made a template of taking the 16 weeks of STS 2.0 and the 12 weeks of STS 1.0 and alternated weeks in order (had to throw a few double STS 2.0 weeks in there since it is longer) for a 7 month rotation.
However, there are some good ideas here...
Are there any plans to offer a larger round mat? The current one is 6', but I scoot off that size pretty quickly. I have seen others request a larger one, and want to add myself to that vote! (yes, I know shipping would be a $ issue...but it already is a $ issue.)
I know eventually the Boss...
You can't just drop that without further info!! I am not on any social media pages, therefore if anyone has further info, please share. I am thinking Cathe usually releases new workouts around fall time?
Thanks, Debinmi....made my day.
I hope I am asking this clearly. I am trying to create an STS 1.0 / 2.0 mish mosh rotation and am wondering what the equivalent between the 2 programs are….*IF* there are! Maybe they each are uniquely different and there isn’t a comparison?
What is the STS 2.0 equivalent of STS 1.0 Phase #1...
Yep, similar to that is what I am looking for, but geared more towards women. That one seems to be WAY too bulky for my smaller hands and smaller weights (causing the spotter to drop/rotate down once unracked). Seems the spotters out there already made are more towards man-hands and...
Does anyone know of a piece of equipment that would be used as a "dumbbell spotter" geared towards women? I can often lift a lot heavier if I didn't have to hoist the dumbbells up from a flat back or even inclined back position.
To lift heavier for legs, I use a weighted vest and fit tower...
Agreed! I own all of Cathe's workouts (some even on VHS!) and do a step workout at least once per week. Even with her extensive library, I repeat her step workouts quite often. New step workouts would be awesome. I am wishing for PRS 3, 4, 5, etc!!
Step is my all time favorite and what got me into working out to begin with! A stepper was my first bought piece of workout equipment.
I hope Cathe is able (and willing) to do more step! The more dancy choreography, the better.
Cathe or Anyone,
For Bulgarian Split Squats (where you put your back foot on an elevated surface), should the back elevated foot be resting on the ball of your foot or should the elevated back foot be resting on the top of the toes area (requiring good ankle flexibility). I notice the latter...
Did both Foam Rolling workouts and I have to kindly ask you to release more foam rolling workouts! Especially LB. I would love to do some back rolling and side torso rolling also.
Anyone have good recommendations of other foam rolling workouts?
