    Wow! I am so sorry! I’ve started using my weight bench to help with proper form, so I feel it in the glutes. I put both legs against the bench it as a stabilizer so I’m bending properly. Or one leg up, depending on the exercise. Really hope the chiropractor can help you.

    Injury is from doing deadlifts? I didn’t realize. I do them cautiously and much lighter than most, but when I asked my chiropractor, she recommended never doing that move.

    CD canceled the live step class this morning, so I chose this one. It’s rare that she does a 30 minute intermediate to advanced. Really enjoyed it! This is where the spider move was introduced. Followed by a low impact, easier cycling class.
