    Thank you so much! I do a lot of modifying on Cathe as well and have no trouble with her low impact or kickboxing. It sounds like I will be enjoying my new knee by the spring.

    I had to pause several times to adjust the bar on my Turbo Barre and figure out what level might work with the changes to the Fit Tower. My legs were burning after this one. I am wondering if there is some way I can number the levels on my Turbo barre--any suggestions?

    Cathe, I really enjoyed this workout, even though I cannot do sit outs (I just sub mountain climbers). I also watch Ingrid a lot for modifications, because she avoids a lot of the impact for me. I wish she were more prominent--I always look for her.
