    I did this one today and it's a super calorie burn. I had to modify with lower weights and less impact, but it was still challenging and definitely a metabolism booster. I will save this one for a day when I feel like I need to burn some extra calories.

    I did this one today and really loved it. If you don’t like one of the moves like moguls, it’s easy to substitute one of the other 50 plus moves. I agree that there is no possibility of getting bored because it moves so quickly. Great cardio! I would call it Perfect 40.

    I did this one today and felt great after. I couldn't always do Cathe's weights, but maybe I will try to grow with this one, because it reminded me a bit of STS. I, too, hope she does a Bis and Tris Burn sets.

    I did this one yesterday and loved the 10 rep pattern for each exercise. It means I can match Cathe's weight more often than not because, as I tell myself, "Surely I can get 10 reps out." Fast pace and fun.

    I did this one today with some modifications for the high impact, but really enjoyed one-on-one with Cathe. I also think you could stop at 37 minutes and not do the bonus round if you are short on time. I liked the lower body/cardio/upper body rounds.

    I think it would be great to have Cathe with a few exercisers as in her dvds but obviously less professional and maybe more form pointers.

    I love this upper body workout too and have done it every week since she recorded it. It just flies by, especially at the beginning.
