    Too much! I am ashamed to admit that I owned a shiny silver unitard with pink briefs to wear over it matching my leg warmers. And, of course, my pink Reeboks!! Now it's pull on shorts and a t-shirt.

    I did this workout early this morning, too. It was a great way to kick start my day. I felt completely energized at the end. Nice little package. I had forgotten how the Push-Pull technique jams a lot of work into a short amount of time. One happy lifter here.

    I think most spin bikes use the Shimano SPD system on the reverse side of their pedals. You can get a set of SPD cleats for about $15. They'll bolt right onto the soles of your cycling shoes.

    I have the larger one. I'm 5'1". I think I would find the smaller size too restrictive for core work and push ups. I also use mine for one legged squats (balance work - not weight work), so having that extra couple of inches diameter under my foot is reassuring.

    I just finished this workout. It's more cardio killer with strength. I don't expect to get DOMS, but I did get winded. I should add that your muscles will fatigue during the workout because of the high reps.
