    Cardio Core Circuit - two thumbs up!

    This is one of the few Cathe workouts that I actually kind of dread! Not sure why it kicks my butt so hard...but it does!

    This is definitely one of the toughest workouts! After all the time I've owned I still have trouble with it! It's my go-to for days when I'm feeling really jazzed up, and I am always happy on interval number 10!:D
