    Workout temperature

I don't mind sweating either, after all, I have to do yard work in the summer down here. For me, I found that I was getting to over heated because when I would do floor work after my cardio, I found myself a little on the dizzy side. Ever since I have the window a/c unit, I haven't had that...

    Workout temperature

Living in SW FL, I put a window air conditioner unit in my workout room so when I want to workout, I just turn that on and my room is nice and cool. I too have noticed as I've gotten older that I like it colder when working out ( I actually like it colder all the time) so my husband suggested...

Video Clip of Cathe's Metabolic Med Ball Blast Live Workout

I'm glad that you mentioned this one because I have no idea how I missed it. I didn't even have it on my list I keep of all the live workouts. You are so right, this one is fun. For me, when I'm having some minor health issues, I like shorter workouts but yet still packs a pretty good punch. I...

Anyone with On Demand with Firestick

I have been using my firestick for cathe's workouts for a few years now and for her on demand, I've only just started adding dvds to my favorites. Well, today I went to use one of her stretch dvds under my favorites tab and I could not get it to get to the workout I wanted to. Every time I had...

Standing Abs Clip on YouTube but no voice

How come the clip is the music only and you cannot hear Cathe's voice? I just watched the clip and it looks great, just wish you could hear Cathe. Thanks for another clip and cannot wait to have these.

Video Clip of Cathe's Beastmode Bootcamp Live Workout

Just finished it and now it's added to my favorites list. Love the new move, even the complicated cross/crow. Also love that it is a little slower paced and most moves are demo ahead of time. Thanks for another great one Cathe!!

    Blender users: Anyone interested?

You can also use a firestick if you have one of those. I use to use a laptop but then switched to firestick and I like using the firestick better, esp. with live, because there, you have a favorites button. Love that!!! I don't blend as much as others but I do have about 20 or so that I've...

Cathe's STS 2.0 Body Parts Chest Workout

I love Jenn's options for band flys on her knees with a dumbbell. I can't wait to try that one. I'm trying to see if I can do the other options without having to put more anchors in to my walls.

    STS Bars?

I know exactly how you feel. Last year I had to get radiation therapy on my face for basil cell carcinoma and even with insurance, I was looking at $2,000 out of my pocket for 6 weeks, 5 days a week of treatment. Then, my dog need surgery to fix her retracted vulva and that cost about $1,500...

I too love see the different options of doing the moves. I like knowing I can use my fit tower instead of having to buy the hooks for my wall. Live Search question

If your doing live workouts like on a firestick or roku, no, you cannot search by number. There are lots of categories to search under or just keep scrolling until you hit the one you want. But if you like the workout, before exiting, click add to favorites and then it's easier to find next...

    News Flash

Wishing you the best of luck. I too had a tear in my left shoulder rotator cuff and it was horrible. The surgery was fine, it was the 2 months of being in an immobilizing sling and also the fact that I am left handed that made things worse. Just take your time and we will all be here for you and...

Curious, Who's be a Live member since the beginning?

I've had both since the beginning. I haven't bought any dvds since RWH. I don't use the blender as much as I thought I would, I have maybe 30 workouts in it. I do use the on demand premixes and live all the time. I love it and I hope when I move, that there will be better internet so I can continue.

    Premixes

Yes they have premixes. They are under the Blender tab at the top of your page. When you find the workout you want, there will be a small down arrow, click on that and the premixes will come up.

    Question about stability ball sizes

For a while now, I've been using a X Large stability ball (up to 85 cm I think). I'm 5'6" but my husband uses it also. I like having a larger one but for some stuff, it seemed just too big. So I bought on sale a Large on (up to 65 cm) and it seems really small next to my other one. When I see...

    How Many Had COVID?

I can believe what you said about your mother and taking statins. My father was put on them after his heart attack. Probably within a year, he started feeling tired all the time, esp. after taking his morning walk. He also had a lot of muscle aches. He went to a few different doctors and finally...

Video Clip Of Cathe's Yoga and Mobility Stretch Live Workout

What a great workout. It was exactly what I needed. Put it under my favorites so will be doing this one often. Perfect length at around 41 mins. I did use my blocks for some twists because I'm healing from a shoulder injury.

To anyone in the path of the hurricane

I already had surgery on that shoulder so I have been doing the exercises that I did in physical therapy back then and it has made a great difference already. I just thought it was time to add some light resistance and then work my way back into light weights.
