Honestly? It's because of the now-you-see-them-now-you-don't clips on the Collage website. The clips gave some people a tiny taste and got others excited to see them and then they were gone! I think even rough clips like were shown on Collage would be appreciated at this point by those asking...
Thanks for all the input about BM (yes, I wrote BM too! :p)
Ulta is running a sale on it and I was considering giving it a try but I can't afford to have anything dry my skin any more than it already is nor do I need my wrinkles accented (not that anyone does lol)
I think I'll pass!
Wow, Kathyrn that's kind of harsh calling him incompetent :p
He always saved Nell in the end, and his heart was in the right place, so what more could you ask of a hero? :D
I like reading this thread, even if I am an interloper.
Wasn't X-Files filmed in Canada? (at least one of the...
Hah! Another American horning in on a Canadian post. Is that discrimination? :p I am waiting to start cooking my lentil "meat" loaf so I'm taking a break, but am celebrating US Thanksgiving.
I can't answer any of the questions except the favorite Canadian historical figure---Dudley DoRight!
No questions from me either (well, I'll think of something in a couple of hours probably!) but also wanted to say congratulations on finishing up filming. I'm looking forward to these!!!
Morningstar,
That was a great post IMO.
Personally I dislike long term contracts and would find it tough to commit MYSELF for 2 years worth of a program, but it certainly is the karate school's right to do it, IMO. The expectation is that a contract is actually read before it's signed...
I'm not big into weddings either. My ex-husband's family were really obnoxious to us about our decision to get married in a cornfield in the country with only a couple of people there. His sisters both had big weddings that became circus-like and brought out the worst in everybody due to the...
Which are your favorite styles? I used to be a big fan of Rykas, but that last pair I bought in the same size that I've always bought were too small. I had always heard they ran small, but this last pair is the first time I've had that problem. I'm a bit gun shy now.
Oooh, Nancy, that's a good idea! I have a mandoline, rarely use it, so this will give me a chance to dig it out of the kitchen cupboard. I love zucchini (well, actually I love all kinds of squash, zucchini being no exception). :D
Thanks to Melissa for asking this question and to everyone who answered & provided tips and cooking instructions! I've also wanted to try subbing spaghetti squash for pasta and this thread gave me the incentive to try it. Made it last night & DH & I both enjoyed it thoroughly. The only...
He could be gay --- or bisexual.
I agree you need to trust your instincts that all may not be as it seems. Honesty is important in any relationship. Is there a way to ask him in a non threatening kind of way if he's ever been interested in or has he experimented with a relationship of the...
My experience is very similar to tennisgirls. Of our 4 (2 boys, 2 girls), we have 3 who had "weight issues" (2 girls and one boy). Our vet tried to get us to feed them separately and we finally did so. Three of the bowls have measured amounts of "diet" food and the 4th has "regular" food for...
First of all, cats HAVE to scratch something to keep their nails properly groomed as well as to get rid of the old nails as the new ones grow in, so my experience has shown that I have to provide them with an alternative surface that they will use instead of my furniture! Each cat has a...
I cancelled a card with a major bank when they started charging an annual fee (and for what service? I love it when they call it a "membership" Member of what exactly?) I called to cancel the card and told them why. I pay off my card every month and I'm not going to pay an annual fee! This...
