I didn't get many the first year either. But more & more show up each year. I ended up with 5 feeders out last summer. I would take a cup of coffee & sit out in the yard in the mornings & watch them. They weren't at all scared of me being there.
Gloved Up & Sweaty is on the rotation calendar today. I did Premix #5 which includes the floor cardio from the jump rope bonus. I have low ceilings & no rope so I leave that part out. I added in STS Ab Circuits - Weights & Plates. My first time doing that one. Wow, it's tough!

I notice the User's Guide doesn't have the STS 2.0/LMR Rotation, so I shared it in another reply to your post. The User's Guide has Rotations for LMR/Beginner, LMR/ ICE, LMR/LiTe, LMR/ Low Impact Series, & LMR/Low Impact Cardio.
