    STS 2.0 Giant Sets was on the rotation schedule for today. I chose Premix Extreme #1 which has an extra round of unilateral. This was my 2nd time doing this workout & as always, I love it! Have a great start to the weekend everyone!

    On the rotation schedule for today was STS 2.0 Mat Yoga. Although I'm not a big yoga fan, I will say I do love this one (& Chair Yoga). I really needed this recovery day. I'm grateful for all of the recovery workouts.

    That's a great idea! Maybe doing Timesavers for the yoga ones would work well for me too. I tend to "miss" the timesaver premixes. I usually want a full workout.

    I so get that! I have to cool the house down after my husband leaves to work in order to exercise. I prefer temps around 65, he prefers 75. I can't exercise in the heat either. And I Don't have MS. Just menopause. I hope you have a fantastic workout today!

    It does list them, but if I want to do them in that order, I have to stop & start each tabata.
