Just remember you can always adjust a workout to the level you wish. Lighter weights, doing every other rep, lower step height and/or doing a time saver premix are all ways to make a workout a little less intense and more to your preferred level, from beginner up to super advanced. Years ago...

Thank you so much for such a well written response. Let's see more of this! It's an absolute privilege to be a Cathlete. I also love when someone mentions a past series like RWH, while we await new stuff, because I end up revisiting and loving older workouts I hadn't dusted off for a while.

Exactly why I did this. I want to see more positivity in the anticipation of any of her new workouts. Cathe deserves our support and encouragement because many of us know, as yamabachi so eloquently stated, she is definitely the "gold standard."

I like the legs at 90/90 while holding the ball move. I'm going to have to remember to try it when I'm at home. Perhaps it'll be in the new LMR series. It always amazes me how she seems to constantly come up with new moves or twists on older ones.
