    Linda, that is a good workout. I feel the same way as you concerning concentrating on upper body. My leg is still not right from the injury from October, and it seems anything I do with my lower body aggravates it even more.

    Hello, Ladies!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I finally gave in and subscribed to Cathe Live and On Demand. My very first Cathe Live workout!! #547 Nothing But Upper Body for 37 minutes finishing with Step Boss Extended Stretch for 10 minutes. Feels so good to be back working out. :):D
