    Today I was able to get a little done in my workout room. Realized my movers disconnected the plug and it is gone! So, I'm going to have to order another one and the other cords that hook the DVD to my TV. Those are also missing.:mad::(:eek:

    Linda, good job with the workout today. The 20 min standing cardio abs with ankle and wrist weights sounds interesting. Did you like it? I always like weights (any kind) with abs.

    I do agree with the comments regarding listening to your body and proper form. That, for me, is the most important thing.
