    Hello, Ladies! Still pushing through the pain - every time I attempt a workout, it kills my right leg. Another chiro appt on Thursday, it seems to be helping but not enough at this point to do a good long workout.:rolleyes::confused:

I just started with a chiropractor because I was "sore" all time and in pain in my upper legs down through my knee and beyond.     Finally got a diagnosis last Thursday. Reviewed the xrays and the chiropractor says my spine is twisted which is on a nerve. That explains all the pain in my hip and leg. Had my first adjustment and will be going twice a week until it's straightened out. I did feel some relief from that first...
