Requesting the first week of workout schedule for 1 month and 3 month rotation

I'm going to do a bit of reviewing of my DVDs before I start anything, because I like to familiarize myself with the premixes, new moves, an idea of what weights I'm likely to need for what, etc. For those of you that want to start right away and are concerned about not having a rotation though...

    Foam Rolling Upper Body

Foam rolling sounds like as good of a place to start as any. Weekends are my active recovery days, so I think I'm going to give it a shot. Thanks for the reviews.

@forum admin- package still shows from last evening- pending acceptance at Glassdoor

Aqua Girl, I thought I was exited about getting STS 2.0, but you're as bad as a kid on Christmas Eve. You're going to have yourself all worn before it gets there. lol When it arrives, might I suggest doing one of the recovery workouts first? lol Seriously, hope you get it tomorrow. :)

STS 2.0 Wall hooks for tubing.

Debinmi, We live in an older home that has those really wide entries between rooms with the decorative woodwork. So, I used a 2x6 (and stained it to match the existing woodwork), because I wanted it to be the same width as the wood framing that was already there. I don't have a separate workout...

STS 2.0 Wall hooks for tubing.

My P.T. said to stand as close to the wall as I can (facing it, with my toes touching the baseboard) and reach above my head. The top anchor goes at the end of your finger tip. Hope that makes sense. Stand arm's length from the wall and reach your arms out straight in front of you. Where your...

Requesting the first week of workout schedule for 1 month and 3 month rotation

I just wanted to thank Cathe, crew, and all of her hard-working staff for making STS 2 happen. I, for one, am grateful that you did not wait to send out the DVDs until the user guide is ready. I am happy to have received them, and wouldn't have wanted to wait any longer than necessary for them...

STS 2.0 Wall hooks for tubing.

Well, I'm definitely not an expert, but... my physical therapist would likely be considered an expert, even if it's in a different field. I went to P.T. for my back awhile back, and while he was making me do exercises that felt like torture, we talked. I asked him a lot of fitness questions -...

    STS 2.0 DVD Cover Art

What a great idea! That's the one thing I hate about getting a set - the lack of covers. I really like having the picture and info on the back. I have so many Cathe workouts that I rely heavily on the covers to "jog" my memory. I'm a very visual person. I tend to buy a couple of DVDs from a set...

STS 2.0 Is Now In Stock! Today is Your LAST CHANCE!!! To Get STS 2.0 For Only $5.20 Per Workout

I didn't have mine either, but I just received it an hour ago. I'm sure they have a lot of orders, so it will take awhile. Plus, who knows how the computer handles the info they're inputting. It could be by state, alphabetical order, batches, or who knows what. Don't give up hope, Cathe run's a...

    Rev’d Up Rumble

Classical Stretch takes some getting used to, that's for sure. I think Miranda gets distracted easier than I do. lol I've gotten used to it, though, and use it (along with Tai Chi) on Sundays. I feel soooo good after doing it and have come to enjoy it. Cathe's my Monday through Friday -...

    Rev’d Up Rumble

I do Jessica Smith's walking workouts on Saturdays, followed by a Cathe or Jessica ab workout, followed by a Jessica or Cathe stretch. I do Cathe Monday through Friday (strength and cardio), but on the weekend I recovery in order to be ready for the next week of Cathe. :) I do...

    Workout temperature

I don't mind sweating. I figure that's what showers are for. :-) The problem I have is getting overheated to the point that I feel like I'm burning up from the inside out - like the heat can't escape. When my body does this, I stop sweating. I make sure I'm drinking plenty, but I have to have...

    STS 2.0 rotation w/ 1.0 Squat Rack

I got my husband a weight vest, because we work out in our living room. We just don't have enough room for the amount of weights that he's now lifting. He loves it and wears it while walking our dogs, hiking, etc. He doesn't wear it for weight lifting though. He ended up getting a gym membership...

    Workout temperature

Thanks everybody. It sounds like I'm working out in a normal temperature range, so I'm going to keep doing it. I turn the heat down in the winter and the air up in the summer for workouts, so I figure the savings in the winter makes up for the extra air conditioning in the warmer months. My son...

    Workout temperature

The weather has been getting a bit warmer where I live and I get really hot during my workouts. So, It's still pretty cool in the mornings though. It's definitely not air conditioner season here yet. We actually had a bit of snow a week ago. I work out in my living room and when I started going...

    Total body Band

You might not have to throw it out. If you haven't thrown it away yet, try a cleaner. They are just a DVD that you insert and run and it cleans your player for you. I haven't bought one for years, but I know mine cost less than $10.

    Active Older Adult Workouts

I'm pretty old school (love my DVDs), so I don't have CatheLive. I'm going to check out the one you mentioned on YouTube. Thanks! :)

    Active Older Adult Workouts

Hee, hee, hee, Cathe see how greedy we are? We don't even have STS 2.0 yet, and we're already asking for more. lol I'm sure I speak for everybody when I say that we appreciate all that you do. I'm not sure that I'm ready to admit that I'm aging... but I will say that my body talks to me more...
