    Question regarding deadlift "imbalance"?

FixSaxe, I already know what's wrong with my back, neck, and shoulders - pretty much everything according to the experts. lol It's not "fixable" as it's degenerative. Damage has been sped up in those areas due to injuries suffered in a bad marriage. I've stayed away from the barbell for...

She used to sell a 4# medicine ball with a removable kettlebell handle (purple and black). I'd always hoped she'd use use it in a video with the handle on. I have thought about trying to sub the kettlebell in for a dumbbell, but with it only being 4#, I didn't think I'd get as good of a workout...

    Question regarding deadlift "imbalance"?

I'm running into an issue doing deadlifts. I'm hoping that someone who's also had this challenge has discovered a way to overcome it. Not sure if I can explain it well, but I have had a bad upper back, neck, and shoulders for years - doctors, specialists, chiropractors, physical therapy... been...

I love cardio, but I don't enjoy it WITH my strength training. I am currently having trouble with lower body workouts due to the cardio effect they have on me, but even before... when that wasn't an issue... I've always preferred to really focus on strength by itself. I get a sense of...

    Free download #3

That's my guess as well as what I'm hoping for. Cathe has a few lower body only workouts, so I'd love an upper that I could pair with them or use with the lower body #2 that she just released. #1 was metabolic, so a total body that doesn't have as much emphasis on cardio would be nice. I can...

Ignore this post - I can't figure out how to delete it. lol

I assume most of you get the e-mail updates, but when I saw that it wasn't posted here yet... thought I'd let anybody that didn't receive the e-mail know that LMR2 is available on demand. I do the download thing, but for those that are interested... it's available the other way as well. She...

Download Instructions For Your 2nd Free Cathe LMR2 Bonus Workout

I haven't done the step-ups with a barbell yet, because I haven't been back to workout out for long enough to be that advanced. Back when I was, though, I used a curl bar (instead of barbell). Somehow... it's shorter length seemed more balanced and less intimidating to me when I stepped up...

I did a workout a few weeks ago that used mostly drop sets. I'm thinking it was Perfect Pump?

Questions for Lift, Move & Restore 2 Elevated - Questions??

For #3, the first bonus download was chaptered, so I'm assuming that they all will be. I'd love modifiers! Suggestions for modifications ("easier" or more challenging) are always welcome, but I somehow feel lonely when I do them by myself. lol It's more motivating for me to do the more...

    Equipment needed? LMR2

Ok, after my really lengthy last post... (lol), I'd just like to 2nd that it would be nice to have a list of equipment for LMR2 or a verification that no new equipment will be needed. So... if Cathe or staff is reading this... could you let us know? Thank you! :-)

Curious about other people's experience/preference regarding shoes for strength training

I struggled with P.F. for quite some time, but I found some stretches that helped - I continue to do them for prevention. I also found that wearing Crocs (they have the arch support I need, because I have high arches) in the house for a couple of months helped. I hope yours gets better, because...

Curious about other people's experience/preference regarding shoes for strength training

I don't care for carpet either. The entire home is wood floor and tile, EXCEPT my workout room. lol It's an addition to a brick home, so since it was added later and has no basement under that room... it has a poured concrete floor that the previous owners carpeted. Carpet is probably the best...

I run around barefoot too, and ask that people take their shoes off when entering. It really cuts down on cleaning.

Curious about other people's experience/preference regarding shoes for strength training

Wow! Thanks for the link to the pole - I had no idea so many people work out barefoot. I'd thought it was just me. lol I have circulation issues, and while my body gets warmed up... my feet don't, so I wasn't actually barefoot (had to wear socks). Socks just weren't giving me the "grip" I needed...

Curious about other people's experience/preference regarding shoes for strength training

I'm curious as to what kind of footwear (if any) everybody wears for strength training. I've always worn cross trainers for cardio (step, kickboxing, etc.), but tended to just wear socks for strength training. Since I moved, I now have a workout room, but it has carpet and my socks don't "grip"...

I receive a LOT of e-mails from her. They aren't very informative though - just the same ads over and over. I wish there was a way to specify what type of e-mail (ex. educational or NEW product/series announcements ONE time, and updates. I'd like to unsubscribe from the redundant stuff - fills...
