I've enjoyed the LMR series for lighter workouts or when I have a body part that hurts, and I want to take it easy.
I'm hoping the new series will have more intensity!!

LMR Functional Lower Body Leg Bonus on discs for 20 minutes
Perfect 30 bonus extended stretch bonus for 9 minutes
125 ropeless jump ropes

Thanks, Ladies for the reviews and helpful information on Turbo Jam. Cathe is always my favorite buy I like to do a variety of workouts. I have a few of the Turbo Jam workouts but haven't done them in ages. Might give them a try again.

Leg still acting up. I have a doc appt in April so hopefully we can further explore my leg pain and fix it!
