    Nora, good workout with Chalene Extreme - Burn Circuit 2= 38 Min YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycle - 30 Minute FAT BURNING Rhythm Ride Indoor Cycling Class = 35 Min PiYo -Define Lower Body= 21 Min I think I may have PiYo. May have to look for it.
