    YOU GO GIRL!!! Saturday is usually rest day. However, next Thursday is Cooper's Birthday and it's all about him so no workout this coming Thursday. To make up for the lost day I did a 20min Denise Austin Daily Workout from YouTube and got a good little sweat.
