There is a really old Gin Miller intense step workout....I can't even remember what it was called....she is wearing a baseball cap turned backward on the cover......more like IMAX just not dancey at all....but tough!!! She shows modifications for every move....on VHS but the DVD is out...
Pilates helped me. My posterior chain was weak. I use short Pilates for runners workouts 10-20min. I really don't like Pilates, it makes me think too much...squeeze this, hold that , don't forget to point.....It's maddening!!!
You could shorten it by only doing the compound exercises or make up your on rotation. I think there is a rotation that does one week of each series. I'll look for it.
Poor Kitty. I hope shes feels better soon. Right now I have a pukie puppy at home. Not as serious as cancer, but it still scares me when one of my babies is sick. Wee is 5 yrs old and has several allergies to wheat and who knows what else, so when she is sick I worry.
I did upper body today and planning on lower body tomorrow. Thanks for the detailed info. I increased the weight for the back and chest sections but the rest I did at Cathe's wt. Lov'in it!!!
