    You might want shorten your cardio.....that sometimes can make it hard to add muscle. Just a suggestion.

    Heavy weights do it for me. 80/20 diet plan....eating good 80% of the time and 20% not so good. Short intense cardio on days I don't lift.

    I have issues with sugar and salt causing inflammation in my body. We all have to search and find what works for us. I wish you both the best in your health journey. "Never give up! Never surrender"!

    BPM?

    Most step workouts are between 128-135 bpm. I was just being lazy about counting it out myself and I thought Cathe could just tell me.

    Mat Suggestions

    I have one big one that you are supposed to put equipment on and a smaller one to go on my step. The big one does not move and is great for abs and stretch routines and you have room to move around without going off your mat.

    I really loving the new step workouts and I really love the mute music button (which I have not used yet). I just love having the option to change the music. What BPM did you use on Step Sync and IMAX4? Thank you for yet another great workout series.

    IMAX4 rocks!!!! I love all the IMAX workouts and for years 2 has been my fav, but 4 is really good.
