    barbell pullovers with dumbells

    When I use dumbells instead of a barbell in the pullovers in Muscle Max should I have the dumbbells as if I was holding a barbell or be holding the dumbbells kinda like you do in frenchpresses? Is this supposed to felt in the back or the chest?

    Cathe - decline flies

    Just a suggestion to add some decline flies to your next workouts. Is there any reason you haven't put them in too many workouts, safety or time issue? I noticed decline flies have helped lift up my chest area more than regular and incline flies, but I haven't seen them in too many workouts.

    I don't see too many people talking about the Hardcore Extreme DVD. I just ordered it, I hope I made a good choice. Is it programmable? It looks like most of IMAX 3 is on it.. do you think since I'll have this DVD I should still get IMAX 3 eventually?
