    I woke up congested with a painful cough. So, no workout today. My hobbies are in crafts. I make my own cards and scrapbooks. I also recently started making wreaths from pinecones. I'm attaching a couple of photos. I love creating things for other people.

    I ran 3 miles this evening. My favorite time of the day is bedtime. I'm a little embarrassed to admit this, but at night, when I go to bed, my husband puts his arms around me and we kiss and cuddle, and I fall asleep in his arms. It feels so good. It's my favorite time of the day.

    I'm 50. 3 years ago I weighed 248 pounds. Today 163. What I have learned is that I want to be at a weight so my body can do the amazing things it's capable of doing. Having a good appearance is great, but being able to run and cycle and step and lift is awesome! That's where it's at!

    I had appointments and running around today. So I didn't get in a workout. I'm going to have to have surgery for a prolapse issue. November I think. Has to be done. A month of no exercise:(

    Rhythmic Step kind of day. I'd love for Cathe to do another one like this and Party Rockin' Step..... My weight is frustrating me. I'm trying to do WW, but I don't always stick to it. I made a big thing of peach enchiladas for my son, and whooey they are good. I've had 10 points worth today :(

    I did the first blast of Imax3, which I think is the hardest one. After that, the first 5 rounds of Lowmax. We're on alert with regard to the hurricane. My son evacuated Florida and is safe here in Charlotte. Sounds like it'll be a tropical storm by the time it gets here. I hope everybody else...

    I ended up going to a big gathering of Ham radio people. That was....interesting...it's a hobby my husband has. I don't see myself getting involved in it, but he listens to me when I talk about my crafts, so I listen to him with his hobby. I cycle with him, and I don't ask him to stamp with me...

    Yesterday I did half of Cardio and Weights. I cleaned the house also, so my active calories per my Fitbit were 1300. Today I am going to run about 30 minutes on the treadmill. Shooting for 3 miles.
