    Pushups on the ball??????

    Denise, I also couldn't do the pushups the first time...not even one! But the second time, I managed two or so. Maybe with time, my stability (and yours too) will improve. Hope so, anyway!

    How can I improve "hand" strength?

    I often find that when doing strength workouts that it is my hands that limit me from doing more reps or holding more weight. They ache around the fingers and near the "meaty" part of the thumb (when holding heavier weights like 15-20lbs). I use a lifting glove, but that only helps a little...

    LIC Music/Timing

    Just noticed something today (did LIC again, this time the tempo was off on the "Bonus Cardio")...if the music and Cathe are offbeat, try stopping (not pausing) the DVD player, then hit PLAY again to resume. It cleared up the problem for me.

    Thank you for replying...it's just the beginning cardio portion of the third circuit that has that problem. Maybe my DVD's a little off or something.

    Did anyone notice in the third circuit of LIC that Cathe was moving faster than the music? It seemed to me that if I followed the music, she was ahead (that is, moving faster than the music tempo). Still, it's a fun and challenging workout.
