    Legs & Glutes Wow!!!

    I don't know what my legs are made of because I was not as sore as I expected to be. I had some soreness in my right hamstring and calf, but not enough to talk about. I am going to do the floor portion and some of the standing leg work again tomorrow.

    I am very surprised that I am not too sore today. I thought I would be able to walk! I have some mild soreness in my hamstrings, but that is it. I wonder if it because my legs tend to be pretty strong anyway.

    No I do not do Cathe exclusively. I definitely am unable to do her step workouts as it aggravates my knees. I switch back and forth between Cathe and a few Firm videos. I get bored too easily and I need variety.

    I must be missing something

    Hello, You are not the only one. I bought a yoga tape once and I was bored to death. I thought the instructor as on some type of drug. I love the pilates and yoga moves, but I dislike the videos. They move entirely too slow for my taste.
