    I modify as well... Hi Tia, I modify all the CTX tapes when it comes to hi-impact. I feel uncomfortable doing all the jumping and my body I guess is not built for impact, yet I do the CTX tapes at least once a week. They are fun and I love short workouts ! Modify and Enjoy ! Anat.
