Anyone else think that Jari's R&C is bo-rrrring?

Well I admit, I like Jari's calm and effective workouts. I DO think she could use a sandwich though...and everyone can afford her.... Cathe, as I've said before is way too 80's for me in the LONG workouts - when HIIT is more efficient....(but yes, I still love her and she always drags me back..)

Your vagina isn't going to drop, the uterus can prolapse...and that's a quick fix in ambulatory surgery or even the office nowadays...that's an odd statement - all the docs I know are thrilled when patients are fit and lifting weights....If you've had a prolapsed uterus - common enough after...

    Jari Love's Ripped and Chiseled

I really enjoy Jari - she is calm and reassuring, and using the proper weights, I get an excellent workout - Cathe's stuff sometimes just goes on too long! And by today's research, that's not necessary! I do agree she is too thin.

    Major PMS Symptoms

SSRI's made life bearable for me as pms worsened to unlivable by my late 30's - but you reminded me of a co-worker I had, years ago, in the next cubby, who used to put scotch tape on his fingers and RUB them together making this scratchy sound that would make my hair stand on end I'd get so...

    20/20-"The Cardio-Free Diet"

RE: 20/20- Well, remember about 10 years ago, we heard about the "aerobic zone" where you are better off doing an hour of low intensity (i.e. reading Cosmo on the bike)than throw up your lung cardio (ala Cathe)? Obesity has gone up 400 percent since 2001! And certainly this "no pain and its...
