    Bumped my leg and a vein swelled up

    Has anyone had this happen? I was doing leg lifts over a stool for P90X Plyo and hit the side of my knee. My vein instantly swelled up and was blue and hurt. Kinda creepy looking. I put ice on it and am elevating my leg. What he heck is going on here?

    I'm only halfway through so I'm not an expert, but 30 minutes wouldn't get you through any of the workouts without cutting out a portion of them. You would still get a workout and fitness improvements as with any exercise, but not the same as you would if you did the complete program.
