    I haven't done that rotation in a while, so I don't quite remember. I'm seeing nice results in my legs with Ripped. I suffer from too many good rotations, not enough time, so I can somewhat relate!

    Ripped HiiT DVD's, no stretch after bonus abs

    From another thread: I recall reading that it may have had something to do with disc space and having both bonus abs on each of the DVDs. Between the quality of workouts that Cathe produces and the premix options available, I'm not complaining if I have to go back to do the 'full' stretch...

    Plyo1 Whew!

    When doing Plyo One, I look at Cathe's mat, then look at mine and swear my mat must be longer! I did Plyo One today by starting with X10 Cardio Blast. A nice relaxing yoga stretch afterwards rounded out the workout. Lisa

    Yes Liz, that's exactly what I'm planning to do. The RWH & XTrain rotation is the page after the RWH/LIS rotation in the guide. CrossFire and To the Max are also part of that rotation. I might subscribe to OnDemand to take adv of some of the leg workouts I've seen and am excited to try :) Lisa

    There is an STS/LIS rotation you may want to look at. I'm thinking it may have been a Jan 2012 rotation. I think LIS offers great low impact options and I saw great results from doing it. I'm in week 3 of the RWH/XTRAIN rotation, but there is also a RWH/LIS rotation - it's next on my to do...

    Last blast for 2014?

    What workout did everyone do today to wrap up 2014? For me it was Supercuts Extreme and X10 Fat Burning Circuit. I had the handle snap off one end of my resistance tubing during the functional core rotations, but I switched ends and continued on. Wishing you all a healthy and blessed 2015!! Lisa

    Legs!!!!

    I agree, the 2nd time doing this was so much better. I did X10 high/low first and really feel like I got a great workout with this combo. I'll be using X10 a lot with RTW :cool: Lisa
