    53 going through it. Body does not like flour alot. It LOVES to retain it the carb, swell up in my body so I now tend to consume wholemeal bread and no more than 2 slices a day. Forced me to clean up diet. Made scales my pal as it indicates how much room I have to play with. Not lost weight...
