Just chiming in to also request an original STS and LMR rotation, and/or an original STS with the mobility and recovery workouts from STS 2. Or a combo of all three!
Given that this is a full 8-Disc series, I pretty much read "Late Summer" as "Late Fall" to "Winter" when I pre-ordered. Which is fine by me. It'll make for a nice Christmas present and a workout routine that will be easier to stick to around the busy holidays.
Decades ago, I used to date a bodybuilder and also train specifically for hypertrophy. Let's be honest, though, hypertrophy is not necessarily strength - you do it for the aesthetic look. We don't do bicep curls because it makes us stronger, we do them because it makes our arms looks good...
I am totally going to be using this with STS 1. I hope Cathe suggests an STS 1 rotation using the new workouts in the User Guide, but if not, I'm going to just take cues from the STS 2 rotation.
Fantastic video. I wasn't really sure what to expect out of these. It's obvious that Cathe put a lot of thought into crafting these workouts. Can't wait to get them!
I found sets of two discs on Amazon for a very decent price. If two are really required, I wish Cathe.com would offer a set of two at a bulk price. I would much prefer to sling my money to Cathe than Bezos. But I also can't justify spending almost double to get a set of two.
Please add to the rotation wishlist the OG STS!
More and more articles I read today tell me to rest and recover more. So it seems that a modern approach to original STS would be similar to STS 2 - less cardio and more recovery.
