Quick question from one of your army of British fans...
To see toning and strengthening is it best to work each muscle group once or twice per week?
I only have three days per week that I don't do any cardio as I commute to work, off road, by cycle 4 days per week and rack up...

Looks like HSC for the moment. The music issue in HTSA would drive me a bit nuts I fear.

Same for me - I love LowMax although I can't use more than one riser without it giving my knees serious ow factor - still love it though.
An IMAX-type series for the future for us Low Impact junkies...??? Here's hoping.

Thought I'd share that I just completed SS. It's no GS or ME workout admittedly but I really enjoyed myself AND felt like I had worked out. :D
I've never got on with PP or SS before but thought I had to start somewhere, upped a number of poundages to the next weight from Cathe's weight...
