- I lost 40 pounds from 90+ kg on June 2011 to 702 kg on September 2011 by mountain climbing, running, diet, and weight-loss pills.
I overcame serious lower-back problems by strengthening core muscles this summer.
I became much stronger after 90 days of P90x finished in January 2012.
