I was afraid to try it after doing all the Intensity Series DVDs once, but as a "cardio addict" I loved it. Cathe is a genius. It was worth the wait. I feel like I'm getting in the best shape of my life. "If you like Pina Coladas............". That song will never be the same for me again.

You need to give us a date when the new dvds are going to ship. I preorded them in October. It's been a really long time. How about throwing in an extra video for all the waiting?
