My lower back also hurts during and after that segment. I skip it and add on the bonus standing work..I'm 5'9 maybe the height is an issue

my dvd starts about 42 min into the program. can't get it start at the beginning..all other premixes are ok.no freezing. Curious if anyone else has experienced this?

when i previewed drill max premix, upper body and cardio, it starts halfway thru..anyone else experience this??
