I really couldn't agree more with your post! I've been doing Cathe workouts for years, and she always seems to have our best fitness interests at heart when coming up with exciting, fun, and effective workouts! Thanks Cathe!
This is definitely one of the toughest workouts! After all the time I've owned I still have trouble with it! It's my go-to for days when I'm feeling really jazzed up, and I am always happy on interval number 10!:D
