Im so glad to back with my Catheites! I had a number of personal setbacks in my life and needless to say fell completely off the bandwagon of exercise & fitness. I am now trying to get back into shape after a 2 month setback. Im so annoyed that I now need to build my stamina back up again...

well, Im going to jump in here and say I'll try the giant sets. Since I too have heavy legs. They have improved using Cathe and combined kickboxing. But when the fat is so heavily concetrated in your legs it certainly at least for me takes heaven and earth to work your legs to a more leaner...

Cathe, when you come out with your clothes line, please keep in mind those of us who are on our way to slender and sleek but aren't quite there yet. Something cute for the bigger people is so motivating. Thanks, Tonya

Hi, My leg routine consists of squats,lunges,deadlifts all the cathe & I've started to jump rope to help further improve my legs. Do you have the bun & thigh rocker, would this really help?
