Hi, Cathe (and all!). The reason that I've put off buying CTX and pre-ordering the four-day split, is that I have it in my head that 30 minutes of cardio (including the warm-up) isn't long enough to reap the benefits. Am I wrong? Thanks!

I can't believe you posted this! I have had the same problem for about a week now! Not so much the bicep, but near the collar bone. Mine almost feels like my shoulder/arm is out of place a bit. Sometimes if I move it a certain way, it feels better. Keep me posted, please. I'll do the same...
I'm so glad I'm not the only one!! I have so many unused workouts and I keep buying more! For some reason I feel like I'm getting in shape just by buying the workouts.
I have one that doesn't fit in my basement. It's a few years old, but not used much. It now sits in pieces in my garage. Anyone who can pick it up, can have it free. I live in Dix Hills.
