Now I totally want to order this! I was debating between GSL and Butts and Guts, and I went with B&G. I did the B&G workout this morning and didn't enjoy it that much...just didn't "click" with me this morning. I did enjoy the firewalkers but now I can do those on my own.

I ordered this and can't wait to get it, since I'm a kickboxing fiend. I have one other Bento DVD and honestly I didn't like it until I had gone through it about three times and learned the moves. It does take some patience, but once I gave it some times I made it part of my regular rotation...
Oops, I forgot to mention that I have a stability ball! So you think I should stick with B&G and just do calf raises on my own? Perhaps on a step to make it more challenging? That sounds interesting.
I ordered Butts & Guts but am thinking I would rather have Gym Style Legs now. A few questions before I order Gym Style Legs and return B&G:
1) Does B&G have calf exercises? What about in the premixes?
2) Does GSL have calf exercises in the 33-minute premix?
3) Overall, which would be...
