I'm interested in more total body workouts. They are so useful when I don't have enough time to do separate muscle groups workouts in a week.
Is it my age? I'm 45 this year. My waist and stomach is thick thick thick and I'm unable to lose any fat there no matter what I try.

What should I do if I need to travel while doing my STS program? Should I wait until I'm sure I have full 3 months for STS or should I travel (2 - 3 weeks, not more than 4 weeks) in between and come back to pick up where I left off?

I personally prefer audio only :) Eventhough I've preordered the DVDs I'm still looking forwards to buy the STS Gym because I feel like using more of the gym I belong to.
Oh.....yes!!!! I sweat everywhere. If I do cardio I am so drenched I have to go home. If I go workout at the gym I have to do weights before cardio.
I'll try Secret Clinical Strength. I want to at least smell ok while working out :) I have walked pass people with BO too many times and don't...
So if I buy both DVDs and STS Gym for my MP3 player I can use DVDs at home one day for Chest and tricep (for example) and the next day can go use the equipment at the gym for legs using the STS Gym?
Am I understanding this correctly? :)
I've tried crystal type deo for a few months. Really effective odor-wise. But I still sweat and the sweat stinks up my clothes :(

I got mine done a few years ago and very very very happy with the result. A friend who got it done had to get it redone twice though because it wasn't perfect. I think he saw double.
I'm looking for the best solid one there is with no perfume. The one you feel confident to wear to workout with a cute guy :) I'd love suggestions.

I understand these 2 are different workouts. So we don't mix them, right? For example, I'd use my DVDs for the whole program. When that period is over I can move over to STS Gym which I'll do at the gym only.
Or are there other ways?
