How I found out about Cathe Workouts
my neighbor and
i had babies and we needed workouts and we found cathe work outs which are the best.
I have been in the gym forever and I am done in the gym. Cathe is the best fitness instructor I have ever used. my body has changed for the better! We talk about her like she is our friend and our husbands tell us we are like "elvis fans".
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I have been working out forever.
In the gym, in a class. By far Cathe is the best fitness instructor and I have become so much stronger and my body is better even now that
I am older. I was a runner and it became boring. I was still squishy on my upper body with just running. Her workouts are fun, different and I love the intensity changes in each workout.

Other Workout DVDs that I own
None, I use Cathe. I recently been into her kickboxing and I LOVE IT. It is so fun!
I started with her weights to add to running and now, I like doing blasts, kickboxing and step. I need to work on step more.
My Fitness Goals
To be fit. To get rid of the baby middle it is my biggest challenge. I also want to continue gaining upper body strength. I cannot believe I can do straight leg push ups finally!
My Success Story
My butt is not a pancake (my daughter tells me) I want to continue to become even more toned and lose the baby belly without a tummy tuck. The combo of weights and cardio is fun. I am thinking of possibly learning more and perhaps teach a class at our gym some day after I become certified. Cathe is encouraging in her workouts and I have become more confident.
