    Hi Cathe. I love Power Hour, but I'm just curious as to why you and your "costars" didn't wear weightlifting gloves. You used them in the Pure Strength series, and personally I won't lift without them. Not a criticism, just wondering. Thanks!

    I know it's important to give muscle groups a day of rest in between strength training workouts, but I've heard some people say they do abs every day. Is this safe to do, or is it better to do alternating days?
