Sending contraction vibes
I am sending positive vibes and hope for you a positive labor experience, of course in the end holding the baby it's all worth it :)

Wow!
I have to say my doctor wouldn't induce either unless there were a medical need (like preeclampsia or fetal distress or something). In fact I didn't know until recently (the last two or three years) that you can request that AND doctors would do it!
But I have to admit at 38 weeks I...
Hi Lisa
Well I was on it for about two years this time (this pregnancy is number three) and it took me 7 months of ACTIVE trying....in fact the day we must have gotten pregnant was the day I said "forget it God has other plans" lol.

Hi Susan
I hope I am that lucky, my DS is very high strung emotionally; but, he was such an easy baby! I mean slept through the night (4-6 hours) practically from the first night and all...not so with my daughter...so I am stocking up on sleep now just in case. I think this one will be...
Same thing here...
My son (nearly 9) is still trying to master the art of bike riding, and I have no patience lately for it plus the heat (I'm also pregnant so I think that's where my short fuse lies) so my husband has been trying to take him out. I think I will tell him about the pole thing...
She's gorgeous!!!
Hazel she is just a doll! I can't believe how cute she is :) And it sounds like she has my son's temperment, perfect child slept through the night (meaning 4 hours straight LOL) and stuff..super infant.
Don't worry about mom and dad, I think all of us have the same look...
Well I'm sending you contraction vibes anyway :)
Hopefully the baby is just happy where he/she, being laid back and all right? Hope you feel better. I think at the end we all just want to "get it out" so to speak. Now let's see, maybe we'll have a group letter for Dr. Clapp later on signed...
Oh gosh Hazel...
I hope you get to feeling better. So much for the theory that exercising moms deliver a week earlier eh? Take care of yourself.
Stephanie
Oh Mandy
I feel for you! But think of all the good things that happened during this pregnancy, you stayed fit and healthy; and besides all that you are such an inspiration. Take a day off if you want and indulge yourself in a nap (if you can). I know I'll be here soon enough (ok maybe not...
Well I can tell you you aren't the only one...
I'm only 7 weeks and this is number three (and last) for me...I have had more tiredness than EVER (of course running after two kids, one still in diapers probably has a lot to do with it). I made a promise I would do two to three days of cardio...
What I was told
Both the nurses and my doctor told me after my C-section that they were not good to use because you end up relying on it too much. I never even thought about it with number one. This was at Presby in Plano in 1997, so it may have changed, but that's what I was told. I bet...
Hi Hazel
Yep it's me! I just bought Expecting Fitness, but thanks so much for the offer. I am going to try and find Dr. Clapp's around the 4th but if I don't maybe I could borrow that? I would really appreciate it. Right now I am dog tired and even though I want to read Birgitta's book I...
First of all, it looks like number three will be here mid or end of January--yeah! I don't care if it's a boy or girl, just healthy--and I have clothes for each anyway LOL.
Sheila, I was reading the archives about incline ab work and I was wondering if using a stability ball (which I did...
Thanks Amy
I hope they use new footage too some time soon! I LOVE the jungle set too! I'm also a FIRM junkie, I dislike the ballroom aerobics in both Tortoise and Hare, but had to get the parts tape so that's how nuts I am.
Stephanie :)
