I'm looking for a pp rotation too. But the beginners kinda looks too easy. Time is of the essence right now and I'm not real keen on the stretching. I need to BURN FAT! I'm so lost on how to get started though!!
I've got 3 kids so if we go for a walk it's not a cardio walk. It's sloooooooow...
I'm curious about this too. With 3 kids (homeschooling two of them) and a 4mo that doesn't sleep much during the day my exercise time is VERY limited right now. I'd really like to find something very effective!

We had to try for a long time with my 3rd child. The month I finally got prenant I did NO exercis of any kind from the time I O'd until I tested. I don't know if there was a connection but it worked for me. With how long you've been trying I'd do something very light for a couple of months and...

I'm okay with moderate choreography. I may have to watch something a few times before I get it if it's really advanced.
I like the look of the Body Blast series...
I wanted to get started with some Cathe videos but there are so many! I don't know where to start!
Two years ago I was teaching cycling/spinning classes and in great shape. Then I got pregnant and had a high risk pregnancy with lots of bedrest so I'm not in the shape I used to be. I have a 4...
