Hi April, I do find the KickMax very hard because of all the plyometric stuff. I teach a cardio kickboxing class and it is very important to stretch your hamstrings before working out. With all the kicks and stuff you do, proper stretching is vital. I love the Kick, Punch and Crunch DVD, you...
Thanks everybody for your help! There are just so many Cathe workouts, I am finding it confusing....I do go on Collage and watch the clips on Cathe.com too, so that helps. I just wish I had the money to buy them all, and then it wouldn't be an issue!!!:D
Hi, I am new to Cathe's workouts. I am a cardio kickboxing instructor, but want to get back into some step aerobics (which I did ages ago). What are some opinions on Cathe's best step workouts, i.e. intensity etc.
Thanks!
I just did the Legs and Glutes from KPC with a makeshift step. Are the steps they use in that DVD 10 inches in height. I know they take out a step in the middle, so that takes off 2 inches right?
Hi Jill, I am a veteran Tae Bo'er myself and was looking for a change and a challenge. I have both the KickMax and Kick, Punch and Crunch, and I would definitely have to say that KP&C is the best workout of the two. Its fun and has good combos, and I am dripping in sweat afterwards!
I am fairly new to Cathe workouts, and have only done Kick, Punch, & Crunch, and KickMax. I am looking for an intense step workout from Cathe. Is that what the Cardio Fusion is? I have also heard that Imax 2 is pretty tough. Which one is tougher?
