I have no idea which one I'm going to do first, it'll probably depend on where I'am in my rotation. You know it is getting hard to wait on the date of them being shipped out. I'm trying to be pretty paitent because I know it'll kick butt, still I love the feeling I get when I'm working out to...
I agree with you guys, it's very hard but she makes it so much fun!! I never knew how enjoyable it could be to sweat and try to breath at the same time!! Only Cathe!!!
People do remove clothing or walk around with very little of it, at times. I'm sure that's why all the housewives are basically very good looking women, they don't look like any of the housewifes around my neighborhood. The characters are interesting and quirky and the more you watch the show...
RE: Not a scam...
I don't know any of these people but just reading all of your comments, this sounds like a real life soap opera. Kind of interesting.
Which do you guys think is the most difficult aerobically? In the Imax Extreme I know they stop to do weights which a person could skip and get right back to the cardio, or is Imax 2 more difficult, rather more aerobically challenging? Just want some opinions.
Well you've already gotten some good information regarding P90X. I too went through this system and I got some good results with my core, arms as far as my legs I would sometimes substitute one of Cathe's workouts. I wasn't getting enough for the legs, although Plyometrics was good. It's...
Wow, it's kind of cool that so many people do have them. I don't think it's a big deal if you weigh yourself everyday. Everybody does something, you know. I wonder why in the athlete mode is makes your body fat much less? I'd like to look at that everyday. I think maybe I need a new scale...
Do you guys have the regular bodyfat scales or do you have the one that has athletic mode, just curious? I do try to weigh myself first thing in the morning, you know what though it's usually after I have worked out. Could that be playing a role in the situation, maybe I'm even more...
I have had some help with this before, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had this experience. I only use the scale to help gauge where I'm at, I know it's not exactly precise and I realize that different things contribute to a fluctuation. Here's the problem one day I can step on the scale...
Thanks again for the indepth information, I'm going to try the gauntlet for the legs this week. I like the idea of it keeping the heartrate in the target range so you are still getting cardio while working the legs. This could be just the thing I'm looking for. You guys are great with all...
I did Imax Extreme too. It is a lot of cardio I do agree. It was a lot of fun I like that Cathe didn't make the step work too complicated when your breathing that hard complicated can be annoying. I can't wait to try the rest of the DVD.
Thanks for the information, I'm trying to do leg work and cardio or just some good cardio for right now so that was why I was trying to figure out what would be good. Sometimes alot of the cardio is really good for the legs and you won't need such hardcore leg training, you know, mix it up a...
I just received the Terminator DVD and I was just wondering which workout on deals mainly with the legs yet still having a fair amount of cardio? Now with that said, which workout is challenging but the most fun?
