    I'm sure this has been asked, but I was wondering if to tone/define my legs/rear up and not add bulk, should I do it 1 time a week; or 1 time a week and go to the gym and use the leg machines another time; or 2 times a week? Thanks!

    HI! 2 questions for ya: 1. I just read that you should eat 10 calories per body weight pound. Since I weigh 100(I'm 5lbs heavy and short), I'd only eat 1000 calories which could NEVER happen!
