Has anyone done the LIS Upper Body Triset routine modified w/o the stability ball?
I HATE and am scared of stability balls! I have had more than one bad experience with them.:o I did have the correct size ball too! :p
I love so many of the moves....just wondering if I could modify...
I am going to split it up into 4 days. One day rest between each workout.
What I am really looking into is reverse pyramid training. I haven't found any videos, Cathe or otherwise, for that type of routine.

Thank you for your replies. I plan on using the pyramid workouts in rotation with a split routine I am currently doing. I need variety and can't do the same workouts weeks on end.

I just received the Pyramid workouts and watched the upper body so far.
I see the opening move is flyes to bench press. The same weight is used for both exercises. My issue is that the top weight I can do with flyes is 12.5lbs and my top weight for press is 20lbs.

Wow...that's a lot of cardio. I do some form of HIIT for 30 minutes twice a week and that is it.
Anyone else on the low side of cardio. I HATE cardio and when I try to do more than 2 days a week...I land up dropping it all together.

When doing the Slow and Heavy series. If you can completes 8 reps at said weight, but it is challenging...do you up the weight or remain seeing as you have 4 exercises per body part?

I have Bodylastics resistance tubing and wanted to know if they can be used as the primary resistance in any of Cathe's workouts?
I only have free weights that are 5 and 10 lbs. I have a small space and free weights aren't in my budget, atm.
