    Nov 07 ....4 Day Split

    Wow...that's a lot of cardio. I do some form of HIIT for 30 minutes twice a week and that is it. Anyone else on the low side of cardio. I HATE cardio and when I try to do more than 2 days a week...I land up dropping it all together. Michelle

    I have Bodylastics resistance tubing and wanted to know if they can be used as the primary resistance in any of Cathe's workouts? I only have free weights that are 5 and 10 lbs. I have a small space and free weights aren't in my budget, atm. Thanks folks! Michelle
